3. Payments and Financial Data

3.1. Booking Fee
To commence work, you are required to pay a Booking Fee equivalent to [insert % of final quote or fixed minimum amount, whichever is higher] (for example: 5% or Rs 25,000) at the time of acceptance of the quotation. The Booking Fee will be adjusted against the total Project value once your order is confirmed and design is finalised. If the scope of the Project is increased before design commencement, a further Booking Fee (or incremental amount) may be required. Please note-All Payment terms and stages referred to each client are mentioned in service agreement which could be updated and changed according to client needs/requirements hence a basic payment module/stage we follows are mentioned here and final terms and stages would be written in statement of each agreement separately as per requirement.

Processing and Security of Payment Data
We do not directly store sensitive financial information such as your full credit card numbers, debit card details, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. We collect and process limited transaction-related data necessary to complete your purchase of our interior design services. This typically includes your name and billing address, payment method type (e.g., "Visa," "UPI," "Bank Transfer"), transaction amount and date, and the last four digits of your card number or a unique Transaction ID/Reference number provided by the payment gateway.

To process services, billing and invoicing, and fraud prevention.

Third-Party Payment Gateways
All electronic payments are processed securely by trusted, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways operating in India (e.g., Razorpay, PayU). Your complete payment details are submitted directly to these gateways and are not stored on our servers. The use of your financial information by the payment gateway is governed by their own privacy policies. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these third-party services. We retain limited payment transaction data (Transaction IDs, amounts) as necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Portfolio Usage and Client Project Photos

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or on our Site and social media channels. We will only use project photos, renderings, or testimonials with prior client consent. If you later wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us and we will remove or anonymise it wherever possible.

5. Third-Party Contractors and Vendors

We may collaborate with interior designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and digital partners. We ensure third parties who access personal data are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with this Policy.

6. Sharing of Your Information

We may share information with internal team members, service providers (hosting, analytics, payments), when required by law, or during business transfers. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain information as long as necessary for providing services and fulfilling legal obligations. Design project files, invoices, and related communication may be retained for up to 7 years (or as legally required). Once retention is no longer necessary, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

AMRIIT DESIGNS - Limited Warranty Certificate

(Modular Products – 3-Year Structured Warranty)

This Limited Warranty Certificate ("Warranty") is issued by AMRIIT DESIGNS (the "Company") to the original purchaser (the "Customer"). This Warranty applies exclusively to the modular products purchased under the corresponding invoice and is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth herein.

1. Warranty Period & Coverage Structure

1.1 The Company warrants that the modular products supplied to the Customer shall be free from manufacturing defects related to materials, components, and workmanship for a total period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

1.2 The liability of the Company during the Warranty Period shall be limited to the following structured coverage:

1.3 The Company’s obligation under this Warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of defective components, at the Company’s sole discretion. Under no circumstance shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

2. Scope of Coverage

2.1 This Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in boards, panels, shutters, carcass units, and modular components.
  • Material defects that impair structural integrity or functional performance.
  • Defects in workmanship arising under normal, intended, and recommended usage conditions.
  • Failure of internal hardware such as hinges, channels, and connectors caused solely due to manufacturing defects.

2.2 Any replacement or repaired component provided under this Warranty shall continue to be covered only for the remaining, unexpired portion of the original Warranty Period. No extension or renewal of the warranty shall be granted.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

This Warranty shall not apply under any of the following circumstances. The below exclusions shall be strictly construed:

A. Damages Arising from Natural Causes

No warranty claim shall be entertained for damages or failures occurring directly or indirectly due to natural calamities, including but not limited to flood, fire, earthquake, storms, lightning, or similar events, and other Acts of God or force-majeure circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

B. Environmental & Climatic Conditions

The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive moisture, water leakage, seepage, humidity, mould formation, prolonged exposure to heat, steam, sunlight, or corrosive atmosphere, or improper room ventilation or non-recommended environmental conditions.

C. Physical Damage, Negligence, or Misuse

Exclusions include scratches, dents, breakage, cracks, impact damage, tampering, mishandling, rough use, damage due to harsh cleaning agents or abrasive materials, and normal wear and tear or aesthetic deterioration over time.

D. Unauthorised Alteration or Third-Party Intervention

This Warranty is immediately void if the product is modified, repaired, assembled, or disassembled by any person not authorised by the Company, or if additional fittings/accessories are installed causing stress or damage, or damage results from improper installation not carried out by the Company or its authorised partners.

4. Conditions for Claim & Inspection Rights

  • A valid warranty claim must be submitted along with the original purchase invoice and this Warranty Certificate. Failure to provide these documents shall render the claim ineligible.
  • The Company reserves the full and exclusive right to inspect the product on-site before acknowledging or approving any warranty claim.
  • The Company’s determination regarding the nature of damage, eligibility of claim, and extent of liability shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
  • The Customer shall provide reasonable access and cooperation for inspection, assessment, and repair procedures.

5. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, delay, business loss, or lost profits, expenses related to dismantling and reinstallation not covered within the structured coverage, damage to third-party property, or any consequential or incidental loss. The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.

6. Transferability & Governing Law

This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is strictly non-transferable. This Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/State].

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By accepting this Certificate, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms, conditions, and exclusions stated herein; they shall use the product strictly as per recommended guidelines; and the Company shall not be held liable for any claim outside the express warranty terms.
